New roads are being actively built in Ukraine. Accordingly, the legislative and executive authorities are looking for ways to protect newly built and repaired roads from vehicles that travel with violations of the technical permissible weight.
For this purpose, draft laws No. 3742 and No. 3743 are being prepared for the second consideration, which have already passed the first reading in the profile committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
These bills should regulate the concept of “consignor”, make changes to the verification process at the check weighing point, create a consignment note, etc.
The most important thing for an agrarian is responsibility for the weight inaccurately indicated in the TTN or “overload” by 2% when removing the crop from the field. The amounts of fines are very different: from 17 thousand UAH. up to 54 thousand UAH The question arises – how can an agrarian protect himself from violations of the law?
One of the solutions, in this case, can be the use of a three-link harvesting technology, which has been offered by our company for several years in a row, namely: combine – storage hopper, reloader – “grain carrier”.
When using such a scheme, the shipper has the opportunity to weigh the harvest of cereals, oil crops or legumes directly in the field. To do this, you just need to equip our storage bunker with a weighing system. Thus, the agricultural enterprise solves several problems at once:
- in the TTN, you can enter the exact weight of the crop that is transported from the field, makes it impossible to impose penalties for or an incorrectly completed document;
- tracking the amount of the harvested crop in the field at each stage of the logistics chain;
- saving time when working in the field, by automating the process of weighing the crop.
