The NPS-2755 semi-trailer is designed for use with tractor units that comply with GOST 12105-74, have a fifth-wheel load exceeding 12.5 tf, and are equipped with a 2" (50.8 mm) in accordance with ISO 337-87 and DIN 74080, and is equipped with a hydraulic body lift system. ATTENTION! The semi-trailer with a TEBS braking system may only be operated by a tractor unit equipped with a 7-pin plug with an ABS connection cable. The connector must comply with ISO 7638.
The new NPS-2755 grain-carrying tipper semi-trailer consists of a chassis (the vehicle frame with axles and suspensions installed), a body, a hydraulic cylinder for lifting the body and hydraulic equipment, an electronic-pneumatic braking system, a mechanical support device, electrical equipment, and a body cover. The semi-trailer includes a spare tire, two anti-roll-back stops, a hook for securing the tarp, and is equipped with additional accessories: a toolbox and a water tank with a drain valve (for hand washing). At the front, on the front side, there is a fenced-off platform for convenient tarping and a folding ladder for accessing the platform.
The package includes: an NPS 2755 dump semi-trailer, a spare tire, a wheel chock, a toolbox, a hook for a tarp, a 30-liter water tank, an aluminum shovel (350×300 mm), a handle (1.3 m), a synthetic street brush A 10-312 (50 cm), a handle K 03-140 (1.6 m), and 0.2 L of paint. Documentation: certificate of conformity and operating instructions for component parts.
The main feature and distinguishing characteristic of the NPS-2755 semi-trailer body is that it is made of aluminum, which makes it lighter and gives it a higher load capacity. In addition, the body is a load-bearing, all-metal structure equipped with a hinged rear side panel featuring a top pivot point and a mechanical, automatic locking mechanism. The body is constructed using panel assembly technology from sheet metal and consists of the following main parts: floor, left side panel, right side panel, front side panel, and a hinged, removable rear side panel. Each panel consists of parts made from sheet metal and has no closed profiles. At the rear, the body is equipped with a side panel with an upper pivot axis, into which two swing doors are mounted. The side panel locking mechanism is of the mechanical type, operates automatically, and features a manual safety latch.
The aluminum version of the NPS-2755 semi-trailer is 800 kg lighter than its predecessor, the NPS-2755. It has a higher load capacity of 30,500 kg. The cargo capacity of the semi-trailer, which features aluminum side panels, is 50 m³.
The warranty period for the NPS-2755, which features aluminum sides (body), is 12 months or 30,000 km of mileage from the date of delivery to the customer (consumer). The warranty period for storage and use of components is in accordance with the manufacturers’ technical and accompanying documentation. Warranties for the semi-trailer do not apply if the consumer has made modifications to the design without the manufacturer’s approval. During the aforementioned period, the manufacturer will perform free repairs or replacement of failed components (except for tires, axles, and light bulbs), provided that the operating and maintenance rules set forth in the technical specifications are followed. The manufacturer shall not be liable for the driver’s improper actions during the operation of the semi-trailer or for violations of the specifications that resulted in damage to the semi-trailer, the tractor, or the transported cargo.

The NPS-2755 grain semi-trailer is classified as a large-sized vehicle, therefore, when transporting it on public roads, one must comply with the requirements set forth in Resolution No. 30 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 18, 2001, “On the Movement of Oversized and Heavy Vehicles on Motorways, Streets, and Railroad Crossings.” The machine is relevant given the introduced restrictions on size and weight limits and the efficiency of the carrier’s operations, as reducing the weight of the equipment allows for a corresponding increase in the weight of the transported cargo.
