In order to effectively manage the Company🏭 it is necessary to take into account all aspects of activity, including the introduction of energy-saving technologies that reduce the negative impact on the environment окружающую We took part in a pilot German-Ukrainian project dedicated to efficient energy saving, in the framework of which specialists were trained on the EUREM course “European energy manager.”
Galina Chalaya, our leading energy conservation engineer at the Chief Power Engineer Department, completed this course and received a diploma. With which she was congratulated by HR Director Oleg Ozerov and Director of Technical Affairs Vladimir Kostritsa.
“The course was not easy, but very interesting! I learned a lot, discovered the issues of energy conservation from a fundamentally new perspective. What I previously considered unimportant, now rethought and know how to do otherwise, better! “- says Galina. We are convinced that by investing in the development and training of people, we ensure the future of the whole company!
