🔹Oleg: Our company has been a member of UCAB since 2018.
🔸Alex: Why UCAB?
🔹 Oleg: Today UCAB (Ukrainian Agribusiness Club)
Is a leader among Ukrainian agribusiness associations, whose members are the largest agricultural companies. It is both a discussion platform and a place where you can discuss real problems with real agribusiness, with real owners, with top management. Events held by UCAB are also important. For us, for example, this is a good opportunity to demonstrate our equipment directly to farmers and get feedback from them.
🔸Alex: What difficulties do you face while doing business in Ukraine?
🔹 Oleg: First of all, it is the lack of transparent rules. For example, we are on the verge of opening a land market, but there are still no clear rules. Only thanks to the public did they introduce something like a phased plan to sell the land. Now it is necessary to give financial instruments to farmers.
A similar situation in agricultural engineering.
ℹ️For the last year, the Government has tried to close an effective program to compensate 25-30% of the cost of agricultural machinery. It is wrong. We barely managed to defend it.
🔸Alex: What values ​​are most important for the company?
🔹Oleg: Mutual assistance, readiness for something new, ability to achieve the impossible
✅The mission of our company is to produce equipment that saves lives. And now we produce equipment that saves people’s lives and enables farmers to develop.
