WHAT’S NEW IN 2021 RELOADING STORAGE BINS?

Egritech has approached the new 2021 harvest season with a number of improvements in reloading hoppers. Researchers and design engineers spent almost a year implementing significant improvements in the design of this trailed field equipment. But about everything in turn! First, consider the biggest novelty – BNP-20-2. This is a completely new model of the storage hopper of the reloader with a volume of 22 m3, designed for tractors with a capacity of 180 hp.

It is completely different from the previous model BNP-20. The following changes have taken place:

• The number of axes has increased – now there are 2;
• The diameter of the wheels has decreased. Instead of 650/75 R32 560/60 R22.5 are installed;
• The overall dimensions have decreased. The hopper now has 8200 × 2600 × 3785 mm and can use highways when moving from field to field;
• The new model has 2 augers: horizontal and vertical. Diameter of the spiral of the screw which unloads the maximum possible: 500 mm! Note that the analogues of competitors have a smaller diameter, which slows the unloading.

Now let’s look at other innovations that are used in the production of new equipment.

The first thing that catches your eye is the new system for assembling a vertical auger with a hydraulic visor. Now the vertical auger does not protrude beyond the overall width of the trailer. The hydraulic mechanism of assembly and fixing of the screw provide high reliability and compactness in transport position.

The vertical auger is equipped with an LED headlight to illuminate the unloading area of the storage bin.
Hydraulic adjustment of the tilt of the transfer auger and chute extension allows precise loading of the transport and minimizes losses due to spillage. With a special attachment, it is ideal for loading seed drills and fertilizer spreaders.

In the new reloaders changes have taken place in the augers:

• For optimal supply of bulk materials, the feed auger now has a variable pitch of the spiral, which allows you to evenly empty the hopper. Even load distribution ensures compliance with the allowable load on the drawbar and increases the unloading speed.
• The double turn of the upper auger optimizes the flow of bulk materials and provides a consistently large amount of material fed for unloading.

An invariable feature of Egritech products is the body coating with anti-gravel “fur coat”. None of the other manufacturers do this…

Also, the robust and powerful frame of this tractor trailer is made on a robotic welding complex.

Horizontal and vertical augers, in addition to having balancing, now have additional stiffeners. Thus, the thickness and weight of the spiral itself decreased, and the stiffness increased. In addition, the horizontal auger is made in a three-step scheme for a more uniform and faster feed.

New locking mechanism for the vertical auger. From 2019, the mechanism has already been equipped with an automatic adjustment system to prevent possible impacts by the upper part of the auger on the locking lock in case of incorrect operation. This year, this mechanism has changed significantly in appearance. Now it has a spring to ensure the slowness of the lock.

New, efficient and modern optics of rear position headlights.
