Complex developments of the leading domestic manufacturer of the company Egritech allow to carry up to 46 cubic meters of payload on the trains of lightweight construction, as well as to optimize the process of grain harvesting by 30-40%

As we know, there are two main problems preventing us from living and working properly, and one of them is the road. The jokes, however, despite the government’s fairly strong allocation, make the task of rebuilding the road network even of interregional significance seem unrealistic. What shall I do? Of course, it would be advisable to keep a large fleet of extra dump trucks with trailers in each farm. The idea is good, but not all of them can do it. It is much more expedient to use as effectively as possible the amount of grain carriers that the farm can afford to keep. This means that the agrarian industry of Ukraine is in dire need of modern reliable low-cost high-speed road trains. Road trains, the total weight of which will not exceed 40 tonnes, which will be of interest to the controlling authorities and will be calculated by each.

During the largest agricultural exhibition AGRO-2018 in Ukraine, Egritech not only presented a wide range of its products, but also organized a special panel discussion aimed at giving an additional impetus to the development of domestic agricultural machinery. During his speech in Kiev, Egritech founder Oleg Averyanov paid much attention to the topic of grain transportation, as well as the optimization of grain harvesting technology – key areas that the company’s specialists are working on.

I consider my business a kind of a duty to the country – to restore the domestic mechanical engineering and to give farmers a new opportunity to develop their businesses with the help of our tools. At the same time, since our company is engaged in the production of heavy trucks for roads, namely grain haulage trains, I have set myself another important task for myself and my team. Take a look at the state of many highways in our country! We all understand that this is due to non-compliance with the rules and requirements for the carriage of goods. But at the same time we understand that agrarians are people who are in a desperate situation, because they need to transport as much as possible and as soon as possible harvested.

And I found a solution to this problem. Take a look at this train. It would seem like a regular truck, but no! We have innovated in it – we have lightened the weight of the design, but at the same time made it so that even at maximum load, this machine will not weigh more than 40 tons, as required by law. We want our clients to be insured, too – said Oleg Averyanov, addressing the panel discussion participants.

This is an ASPS-1424 grain truck hauler capable of carrying up to 40 tonnes of harvest in one go, while remaining within the state-mandated requirements. The uniqueness of this design is evidenced by the fact that the development of Egritech received a special award from the organizers during the exhibition AGRO-2018 – a gold medal “For innovations in the production of road trains-grain trucks”.

The ASPS-1424 grain truck hauler includes the AC-1422 dump truck with a 6×4 wheel formula, capable of carrying up to 22 cubic meters of payload, as well as the PS-1424 dump truck of 24 cubic meters. The most important advantage of the ASPS-1424 road-train hauler is, first, that it is durable and lightweight at the same time, and secondly, that it can be executed virtually on any chassis. Since this is a domestic development, it means that it is subject to the state program of partial compensation of cost, and in principle, Ukrainian products will always be cheaper than the western ones.

Oleg Averyanov noted that such high quality equipment is a Ukrainian product, which was created taking into account the leading world developments in this field.

We have our resources! There are capacities in Ukraine that can provide the Ukrainian market even without imported products!

It is necessary to mention one more unique development of the domestic producer – hoppers-hoppers for grain of the BNP series. The series includes models capable of accommodating 16, 20, 30 and 40 cubic meters of bulk. Bunkers, or as they are called, reloaders are used to move to the so-called three-way grain harvesting technology. Its essence is that these metal tanks on wheels, equipped with augers, are used as intermediaries between combines and grain trucks. This allows you to free the combine harvesters from the need to drive up to the edge of the field and unload the hopper into the grain carrier, and thus significantly, save time during harvesting. In turn, the work does not stop as the hopper moves with the help of a tractor from combine to combine, allowing them to empty the bins on the go. In this case, for example, a 40-cubicle hopper-loader can accommodate 3-4 threshed hopper of large combines. This allows to increase the productivity of harvesting by 30-40%, to prevent grain losses, as well as to refuse to purchase additional combines. Because one or two bins, properly placed in the field, allow, relatively speaking, three combines to perform the work of four under normal conditions.
