Interesting about the program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”

The introduction of quarantine and the crisis associated with it, unfortunately, affected agricultural enterprises.
We have already told you about one of the joint victories of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and the Egritech Company – the launch of the Program for partial compensation to farmers for the cost of agricultural machinery and domestic equipment.
Today, we’ll talk about the government’s support for expanding the capabilities of the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, which made it possible to obtain loans to refinance existing loans with an interest rate of 0%. You can use this type of loan during the quarantine, as well as in the next 90 days after its completion.
Entrepreneurs are entitled to interest compensation, the annual turnover of which is up to 10 million euros per year, but provided that they keep
• 60% of the payroll
• 80% of the headcount
compared with the state as of March 1, 2020.
Another condition for obtaining is the absence of other problem loans from the business. You can receive any amount, but there are restrictions on the amount of compensation of interest at the level of 200 thousand Euros, it is also possible to get a delay for repayment of the loan body until December 31, 2020.
To take advantage of this soft loan, you must collect the necessary package of documents and contact the banking institution participating in the Program.
Banks have the right to refuse to grant a loan or require additional documents on the financial condition of your business.
